Corporate client seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant (2-3 month+ project onsite in Brandon, South Dakota).
Responsibilities:
1. Greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and handling the plants mail.
2. Order, organize, and monitor office and breakroom supplies
3. Coordinate catering, venue, and support staffing requirements for internal events or lunches
4. Support new hire orientations when needed
5. Assist with record keeping
6. Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Prior administrative experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, Office Manager or similar with a High School Diploma or GED.
- High level of attention to detail; MS Office proficiency - Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, NetMeeting and Outlook.
- Strong interpersonal skills. Good multi-tasking skills. Self-starter w/good organizational skills.
- Must possess discretion and confidentiality.
