Description

RCG well earned respect, accreditations, and relationships are one of the main reasons we have found a great deal of success in our field. We are looking for a director level CRM expert to join our team to help improve and build our CRM silo.

Duties

• Will be responsible for building and establishing a new CRM focused Silo
• Utilizing CRM Systems to manage relationships with our customers. (Salesforce)
• See to the best aspects of RCG’s stakeholder relationships are maintained.
• Collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams to improve the customer experience

Requirements

• Strong Data Collection and Architecture skills
• ETRM and CRM command and experience is required
• Salesforce is absolutely necessary to a maximum set of knowledge, experience and capability of usage.
• Need to be flexible with hybrid and onsite work depending on our customer's needs.
