Our dynamic and highly innovative manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Inside Account Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work in an exciting, fast-paced environment, managing key accounts and supporting our sales team. The successful candidate will be a key player in our organization, responsible for estimating, managing orders, providing after-sales support, and handling corrective actions. This is a critical role that requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in engineering, manufacturing, and sales support.

Responsibilities:

• Manage key customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Provide accurate estimates and quotes for engineering projects.
• Coordinate with the sales team to manage orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide after-sales support, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Work closely with the manufacturing team to understand product specifications and capabilities.
• Utilize MS Office suite to track orders, generate reports, and maintain customer records.
• Implement corrective actions as needed to address any product or service issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes to ensure our offerings remain competitive.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in Manager Orders, After Sales Support, Estimating, and Order Management.
• Solid understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
• Proven track record in sales support and account management.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to implement corrective actions as needed.
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
