Typical Base hours are Monday - Friday 7 AM - 3:30 PM, OT as needed

Duties and Responsibilities - Count parts accurately
- Maintaining regular and punctual attendance according to shift-times
- Order picking, order pulling and processing
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks (counting), employ attention to detail and work under minimal supervision.
- Receives parts from outside processing (match up paperwork to parts, verify QTY and configuration)
- Inspect for any damage to parts
- Assembles nut elements onto parts
- Use tooling to verify correct hardware was used
- Use tooling to verify teflon masking is correct and coverage is adequate
- Receives and unloads incoming materials and compares information on packing slip with purchase order to verify accuracy of shipment; may process return shipments from customers.
- Sorts, counts, packages, labels, ensures, unpacks, and processes receipts for incoming property; coordinates with Purchasing to correct any purchase order or material certificate discrepancies
- Inspects shipments for damages or defects; records discrepancies or damages and notifies supervisor and/or purchasing personnel.
- May operate dolly, pallet jack, and/or forklift in loading and unloading supplies and equipment; will band and shrink wrap palletized orders for shipment
- Select appropriate packaging materials and container per customer requirements.
- Identifies parts by stamping with a part mark using rubber stamps or inkjet Part Mark Machine
- Pulls parts from stores, routes parts to staging area for shipment or to the next production operation
- Supports Management as directed.
- Follows all safety guidelines established by the Company, including proper use of safety equipment and relevant safety procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
