Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Process customer policy change requests and take payments.
- Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
- Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner and answer incoming phone calls.
- Handle customer renewals.
- Represent the company at local events
- Assist agents with obtaining signatures and securing paperwork
- Identify potential cross-sell opportunities for agents
