Overview
We are looking for a Receptionist to join our Senior Living Cooperative team in Bloomington, MN! This position is responsible for providing general office management and support to staff and tenants/residents. Ensures coverage of reception area. This administrative schedule includes;

• 40 hours every two weeks
• Part time, day shifts
• Position is 4 hours per day, Monday - Friday, Flexible start between 8:00 am - 10:00 am
• No weekends!

Responsibilities Job Description

• Functions as receptionist for the building and provides clerical support to staff
• Facilitates communication among staff and tenants
• Provide marketing support as requested
• Performs other duties as required by the specific housing community

Qualifications

• Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree preferred but not required
• One to three years of previous experience
• Basic word processing skills
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
