Position: Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: San Antonio, TX (Onsite)Duration: FTE/ Direct HireVisa: USC , GC and GC EADJob Description:What you'll do:Provide operational support to members with their Banking – Auto Loans line of business or product Review accounts and processes transactions that may require action.Identify and confirm the member’s immediate request(s) and works to resolve issues.Explore member’s needs and recommend to fund an outstanding Loan.Maintain a high level of member satisfaction and demonstrate commitment to quality through member interactions.Identify and handle existing and emerging risks that stem from business activities and the job role. Ensure risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled.Follow written risk and compliance policies and procedures for business activities.What you have:High School Diploma OR GEDBanking, Lending experience would be an additional advantageAbility to communicate clearly and professionally with members by phone to process banking requests and provide information based on set proceduresStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to prioritize and multi-task while navigating through multiple business applicationsSuccessful completion of a job-related assessment is required
