    Job Requirements
  • Years of experience REQ: 2 years
  • First-timers accepted: No
  • License REQ: SC or Multi State/Compact LPN license
  • Certs REQ: BLS
  • Experience Preferred: Epic, Med Surg and/or Pulmonary Experience
    Schedule Information
  • Guaranteed Hours: Facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
  • RTO Restrictions: ALL RTO must be included at time of submission
    Additional Details
  • Qualivis: Attestation required confirming work eligibility in the US and that Agency Staff does have a completed and accurate I-9 form on file.
  • Copy of Driver's License Required
  • Copy of Social Security Card is required.
  • AHA only. RQI acceptable.
