  • ICU RN Case Manager for Transfer Center. Must have case management experience
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Shift: 3x12s MIDS 1100-2300
  • Facility allows locals at the LOCAL RATE - Please let us know at time of submission if candidate is within 50 miles of the facility
  • First-timers accepted: yes if ICU with case management experienced
  • Years of experience REQ: 1 year
  • Floating REQ: No
  • Weekend REQ: Every other
  • On-call REQ: No
  • Documentation System: EPIC
    Job Requirements
  • 1 year of case management experience required
  • BLS certification required
