  • Shift: 4x10s variable days of the week (including weekends) and variable start time
  • Schedules posted in advance on the 15th of every month, with 4-5 call shifts per month
  • Daily Caseload per tech: 4 Angio Suites and 2 ORs

  • AHA only. Certifications by Unit are housed in the NOVA hospital profile in the Unit Job Descriptions.
  • ACLS is required for ICU (all ICU and Neuro ICU), ED, MS/TELE floats, Acute Care Float Pool, PACU, and the Ambulatory Care specialties: Women's Clinic & 7MB Specialty Clinics.
  • BLS not required for Sterile Processing Techs, Laboratory Assistants, or Med Lab Technicians at UWMC.
