  • Floor: 2nd floor
  • Building: Main hospital
  • Number of labs – 3 Philips labs
  • Number of Staff – 20 staff total
  • Type of staff: Day Shift – 3 teams M-F 7a-730p, Night Shift & Weekend – on call
  • Team ratios – run 4 man teams for certain types of cases, otherwise 3 main teams
  • Type of equipment – Philips c-arms, Merge vericis for hemo system
  • EMR – Epic
    Job Requirements
  • Experience in at least 3 of our service lines
  • Experience in 4 areas
  • Must have: RN License, BLS and ACLS
  • OR: RCIS/ARRT for techs & BLS – techs must have credentials
    Schedule Information
  • Weekends and On call(if any)
  • Call rotates
    Unit Specific Information
  • Unit Guidelines/Policies: Will cover in dept orientation
    Additional Details
  • 2 are extensions
