An Internal Medicine Physician is responsible for managing both pediatric and adult patients, with a focus on chronic pain management. Candidates must possess an active DEA and will encounter a credentialing process that typically takes 30-90 days.
Candidate CVs need to have the month & date on their work experience w/all gaps in employment accounted for.
Includes some Chronic Pain Management
Chart closure within 72 hours
Schedule = 18 PPD, minimum see 18 PPD
Monday-Friday 8-5
A mix of peds/adults (Will consider IM only)
A decision is typically made within 7-14 days
We will also accept DO
BE will be considered if truly BE (5 years or less since residency)
Active DEA needed before the start
Credentialing takes 30-90 days (six weeks is common if the provider submit app./supporting documents timely)
The following immunizations are required for credentialing (before start date): Flu Vaccine, TB Status/X-Ray Results (results must be within the 90 days before start date), Positive MMR Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Hep B Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Varicella Zoster Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Tdap Immunization (must be within the last 10 years).
HCO & Vendor agree to a 30-day notice for ending all assignments.
