Interim Healthcare is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for flexible PRN, part-time, and full-time contract opportunities in long-term care and assisted living settings across South Dakota. Responsibilities include providing personal care, assisting with daily activities, monitoring vitals, and collaborating with facility staff to follow patient care plans. Applicants must hold an active CNA license and be willing to support seniors and individuals with chronic conditions, with options for self-scheduling and competitive pay.

Job Duties May Include:
PRN, Self-Scheduling and/or Contract Staffing in Long-Term Care Facilities, and/or Assisted Living Settings
Care for seniors and those with an illness, injury or chronic disease
Aide with daily activities such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, hygiene, nail/skin care, eating and nutritional intake, if applicable
Assist with ambulation and transfers, if applicable
Check vitals, measure intake/output, monitor blood glucose and document any changes, as needed
Work with the facility staff to ensure a patient’s care plan is followed and notify supervisor of issues requiring a change in care, medication or medical equipment

Experience:
Active CNA License within South Dakota, or reciprocity/multi-state eligibility (transfer eligibility)
Maintains required certification renewal(s)
Experience highly preferred but not required
Must be 18 years of age, or older
