Locum Pediatric Hospitalist need in Gallipolis, OHLooking for a physician for 1 week/month coveragePractice Details:13 bed Pediatric UnitLevel 1 Nursery - 2 RNs staffed each shiftBabies delivered 35 weeks and upCYPAP machine in nurseryDaily census in summer: 1-2 (allergy, cellulitis, injuries ie: wounds and breaks)Daily census in winter: 3-4 (asthma, pneumonia, RSV)NAS Unit: Keep them on labor/delivery for 5 days, then transfer, but would like to keep them locallyStrong connections with Hoops Family Children's (Cabell Huntington Hospital in Huntington, WV) and Nationwide Children's in Columbus, Ohio.EMR: McKesson Paragon (acute) and Athena (clinic)This is a physician-led, fully integrated health system with a built-in referral system of over 150 providers and more than 30 medical specialties.
