Position: Registered Nurse $10,000 SIGN ON BONUS Clark Fork Valley Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Acute Care team and provide exceptional care to patients in Sanders County. This role includes working in multiple areas: Medical/Surgical, ICU, ER, and SWB, with the expectation to be competent in all areas after orientation.
Key Responsibilities: - Medication & Treatment Administration: Administer prescribed medications and treatments within scope of practice, notifying providers when necessary.
- Documentation: Accurately and promptly document patient care in the electronic health record.
- Patient Education & Care Plans: Participate in and initiate individualized patient education and care plans.
- Care Plan Management: Adjust and manage care plans according to individual patient needs.
- Competency: Demonstrate required competencies within the scope of practice.
- Compliance: Follow all relevant standards for your area of work.
Qualifications: - Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Licensure: Current Registered Nurse license in good standing with the Montana State Board of Nursing.
- Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support) required.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) within 90 days of hire.
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) within 90 days of hire.
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) preferred.
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification upon completion of labor and delivery competency.
- STABLE certification preferred for Labor and Delivery.
Schedule & Benefits: - Schedule: Night shift, 36-40 hours per week.
