- Schedule: 24-hour call shifts from 7a - 7a
- Practice Setting: hospital setting
- Reason for Coverage: on call coverage for MFM while away
- Number of Physicians in Practice: 1
- No Other Fetal Maternal Medicine Physicians Will Provide Coverage During Locums Coverage Dates
- The Locums will not be responsible for supervising other health care providers
- Call/Weekend Required
- Onsite Lab
- Onsite Ultrasound
- Nursery Level: NICU III
- EMR: EPIC
- Trauma Level/Designation: Level II for Ed. Maternal Level of Care application for Level III
- Required Procedures/Skill Sets:
  - Fetal Echocardiogram
  - Specialized Ultrasound
  - Pre-Eclampsia
  - Multiple Pregnancy
  - Growth Restriction
  - Pre-term Labor
  - Hypertension
- Board Certified - MFM - Required
- MFM fellowship - Required
- MI License or IMLC - Required
- BLS - Required
