Salary: $180,000 - $200,000 per year

Job Details
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Trial Attorney with a focus on commercial litigation to join our team in Miami, FL.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling complex commercial litigation cases and a proven track record of success in trial settings.
Represent clients in commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, and other complex commercial issues.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Prepare and present cases in court, including conducting depositions, hearings, and trials.
Provide strategic legal advice to clients and develop case strategies.
Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.
Meet billable hour requirements and record time efficiently.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Florida Bar.
Minimum of 5 years of trial experience in commercial litigation.
Strong knowledge of commercial law and litigation procedures.
Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
