The Beverage Coordinator acts as a support function to the wine and beverage programs. This is a unique position that will oversee all administrative functions of the wine and beverage program and is vital to the success of each service. This position works hand in hand with the wine and beverage teams on all aspects of beverage operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Include, but not limited to:

• Establish systems and organization for product in all areas of the restaurant
• Ensure that product is maintained properly and safely within all storage areas
• Assist with reconciling, and receiving all wine and beverage orders
• Assist with monthly inventory for liquor, beer, and NA beverage categories
• Build a foundation for success through developing SOPs, operational guidelines, and ensure that the beverage program is set up for success
• Create and provide educational resources for the team
• Maintain systems such as Bevager, Toast, and Tripleseat to ensure accuracy of menus and inventory
• Work closely with the private events department to ensure accurate stock of event wines
• Uphold standards of cleanliness and organization
• Uphold meaningful partnerships with vendors
• Other duties as assigned                                                           

QUALIFICATIONS

• English fluency and additional languages preferred, but not required
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
• Ability to balance & carry multiple plates, glass racks and or/glasses, and lift objects up to 40+ lbs.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays, and variable schedule per the needs of the business
