Position Title : Mechanical Construction PM

Location(s) :

• El Cajon, CA
• Anaheim, CA

Compensation Range : $100k – 150k

Interviews : 2 rounds (1 virtual, 1 in person)

Other:

• They’ll receive a company car and gas card – must have a clean driving record

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure the safety of field personnel assigned to projects.
• Monitor field labor productivity and quality assurance.
• Coordinate project activities and manage project financial outcomes.
• Handle projections, reporting, and material/equipment procurement.
• Manage change orders and maintain strong owner/client relations.
• Oversee project cash flow and personnel management.
• Adhere to all company operating policies, procedures, and executed plans.
• Additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of construction experience
• BS in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management
• Experience with BlueBeam
• Able to pass an employment check, background check, 10-panel drug screen, and has a clean driving record
