Human Resources Support Specialist - Bloomfield Hills

Hybrid Schedule 3 days in office/ 2 days remote

We are seeking a very energetic, polished individual with great computer skills to handle a variety of HR & administrative tasks for a prominent private family office. This individual needs to have a very friendly, flexible, team oriented attitude. Must have advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite. Will support Office/HR Manager. Prefer Bachelor's Degree.


  • HR/Office Administrative Support
  • Order lunch for the office
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings
  • Collate and distribute mail
  • Prepare documents for mailing
  • Prepare communications such as memos, emails, reports, and other correspondence
  • Maintain and monitor copy machines and supplies
  • Maintain and monitor postage machine and supplies
  • Greet visitors and clients
  • Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Maintain office and kitchen supplies
  • Plan office events
  • Answer phones for management as needed
  • Prepare and distribute monthly and yearly publications
  • Maintain storage room and office cabinets
