We are seeking a very energetic, polished individual with great computer skills to handle a variety of HR & administrative tasks for a prominent private family office. This individual needs to have a very friendly, flexible, team oriented attitude. Must have advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite. Will support Office/HR Manager. Prefer Bachelor's Degree.
- HR/Office Administrative Support
- Order lunch for the office
- Schedule and coordinate meetings
- Collate and distribute mail
- Prepare documents for mailing
- Prepare communications such as memos, emails, reports, and other correspondence
- Maintain and monitor copy machines and supplies
- Maintain and monitor postage machine and supplies
- Greet visitors and clients
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Maintain office and kitchen supplies
- Plan office events
- Answer phones for management as needed
- Prepare and distribute monthly and yearly publications
- Maintain storage room and office cabinets
