Job Title: Director of Preconstruction

Location: Miami, Florida

Compensation: $175,000–$200,000 Base Salary + Bonus

Our client, an industry-leading general contractor with a 20-year history of delivering exceptional high-end commercial, retail, and residential projects throughout Broward and Dade Counties, is seeking a talented Director of Preconstruction to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the entire Preconstruction Department.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to develop comprehensive preconstruction plans and estimates.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all preconstruction deliverables.
• Drive strategies to optimize project cost, schedule, and constructability.
• Foster a culture of innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement within the department.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in a senior preconstruction leadership role.
• Proven ability to oversee and manage a preconstruction team.
• Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred.
• Extensive experience in Florida’s construction market, including high-value projects (~$60 million).
• Deep understanding of local regulations, codes, and industry standards.
