We’re working with a Seed stage AI company pioneering the next generation of AI by creating intelligent agents that automate tasks traditionally requiring human expertise. They're focused on advancing and productizing cutting-edge solutions that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) and Vision Language Models (VLMs) to tackle complex, real-world challenges. As part of the early team, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the future of AI—driving real innovation and pushing the boundaries of what these models can do.

Responsibilities:

• Extract structured and unstructured data from diverse document types with precision.
• Design systems to identify AI errors and escalate them for human review.
• Build autonomous agents capable of navigating websites and completing forms.
• Develop rule engines to validate data using natural language-based rules.

Requirements:

• Strong publication record and research background in the ML space (e.g., NeurIPS, CVPR, ACL)
• Passion for iterating fast and building things
• Experience with novel techniques to improve the accuracy and reliability of LLMs and VLMs.
• Expertise in fine-tuning existing foundation models.
• Deploying LLMs in production environments
• Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends in AI.
