Overview:

The TTT Marketing Organization envisions a future where our inbound and outbound demand generation strategies converge seamlessly, creating an engine that fuels our sales pipeline. Through innovation and data-driven insights, we aim to nurture prospects along the buyer journey.


The Solutions Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that emphasize go-to-market readiness and outcome-focused approaches. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in solutions marketing, GTM strategies, and delivering measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and drive customer engagement.


Responsibilities:

Go-To-Market Strategy:

• Develop and implement GTM strategies for new solutions and market expansion.

• Create and execute marketing campaigns that highlight the business outcomes and value propositions of our solutions.

• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

Content Development:

• Develop high-quality marketing content, including whitepapers, brochures, presentations, and digital assets.

• Ensure all content aligns with the overall marketing strategy and effectively communicates the value of our solutions.

Sales Enablement:

• Provide sales teams with the tools and resources needed to effectively sell our solutions.

• Develop sales enablement materials, including product briefs, battle cards, and training modules.

• Conduct training sessions to ensure sales teams are well-equipped to communicate the value of our solutions.



Deliverables:

Solutions Marketing & Sales Enablement:

• Training and Enablement materials production and delivery.

• Gather feedback from sales teams and customers to refine programs and initiatives.


Technology Alliances & Partners:

• Technology Partner Campaign content production and development.


Solutions Marketing:

• Stay informed about industry solution trends and the competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.

• Execute on sales accelerator activities.

• Support new and ongoing GTM motions.


Channel & Field Marketing:

• Develop and implement lead hand-off process for external engagement.

• Own, manage, and drive all elements of event participation and readiness.



Required Skills & Qualifications (must-haves):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, GTM, Channel Marketing, or a similar role, preferably within the technology B2B sector.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and motivate cross-organizational stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with experience in creating customer-facing materials.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and advocacy
