Must-Have:

· Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Communications, or related field with 5+ years' experience in the field of technical communications.

· Experience developing content models

· Solid understanding of reuse strategies

· Highly skilled in DITA XML structures

· Proficiency with enterprise-level component content management systems (Tridion Docs preferred)

· Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work

· Familiar with industry standards and best practices

· Demonstrated ability to work effectively with peers to lead by influence

· Adept at collaborating with system owners, enterprise architects, and project teams to develop solutions and manage projects from idea to implementation

This role is pivotal in supporting the development and implementation of our content strategy, ensuring high-quality, consistent, and efficient content creation.

Compensation dependent upon experience: $90,000 - $110,000 per year
