Role Description

This is a hybrid role for a Social Media Strategist at JT Hazelet- Hazelet Realty Group, based in Brick, NJ. The role involves creating and implementing social media strategies, optimizing social media content, managing public relations including collaborating with local businesses, and overseeing communication efforts. Some work from home is acceptable for this role.

Qualifications

• Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
• Communication and Public Relations skills
• Experience in developing content strategies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively
• Knowledge of real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• A creative and strategic thinker who can bring fresh ideas to help me grow and stand out in a competitive market
• Familiarity with metrics and tools to track performance and optimize strategies.
• Up-to-date on platform trends, algorithms, and best practices for real estate content.
