  • Deeply understand client goals, needs, and challenges, acting as a proactive partner in their success.
  • Regularly meet with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to strengthen the relationship.
  • Maintain a proactive account management/production lens, projecting hurdles and effectively crafting solutions to stay ahead.
  • Report to the Department Leads to set and communicate broader client/project goals to the team.

  • Project Oversight:

    • Work closely with coordinators, strategists, and creatives to ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
    • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and overall performance, addressing potential issues proactively.
    • Act as the voice of the client within internal discussions, advocating for their goals while balancing agency priorities.
    • Review and approve key project milestones, ensuring alignment with the client’s vision.

    Brainstorm and Ideation:

    • Actively participate in internal brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas that align with client goals and campaign objectives.
    • Research trends, audience insights, and competitive benchmarks to bring informed perspectives to creative discussions.
    • Lead the organization and preparation of brainstorm materials, ensuring sessions run smoothly and efficiently.

    • Communicate the overall health of the assigned account and project to your manager and senior leadership.
    • Work with your Department leads to define and lead weekly call agendas, provide updates on the status of a title, review the status of production and plan next steps.
    • Build out detailed production schedules, working with Strategy and Creative leads to ensure there are no bottlenecks on the design floor, spotting potential problems and providing solutions ahead of time.
    • Keep all PM tools up to date and consistent across the board.
    • Ensure you're projecting accurately to allow for leadership to check profitability on any job.
    • Continue to gain experience in building out scope of work documents, thinking strategically at how best to build them out based on the production timelines internally, and client needs externally.
