Job Description

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for providing financial support and help track status of various cost cutting and revenue generating initiatives to ensure projects are moving through the pipeline quickly. Follow up with Finance and Operations business partners to understand delays and assist in removing roadblocks. Acts as liaison between Operations, Finance and Transformation Office team.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Organize and present large amounts of data to Operations, Corporate Finance and Transformation Office leadership teams.
  • Track milestones and progress of a large number of projects flagging projects running behind and problem solving for solutions to get back on track.
  • Collaborate with operating teams and finance counterparts.
  • Streamline processes and design reporting for Transformation Office.
  • Review, sign-off and present financial benefits of all initiatives to Manager and VP of Transformation Office.
  • Assist operating departments with financial modeling of various initiatives as needed.
  • Communicate with peers within the Finance organization. Present information as needed to peer group.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations for Executive leadership team.
  • Consistently meet deadlines, commitments, and remain focused on the end goal.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

DEGREE TYPE: Bachelor's Degree

FIELD(S) OF STUDY: Business Administration, finance or related field of study; or any equivalent combination of relevant background and work experience. Master's Preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 1 - 3 years' experience in Finance, Accounting, or Transformation related work.
  • Experience performing various types of business analysis at a high level.

COMPETENCIES/SKILLS:

  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills for a senior level position.
  • Must be an organized, detail-oriented individual fluent in Microsoft Suite applications including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory to support working directly with upper management and operations team members.
  • The ideal candidate will be flexible to support a variety of tasks and eager to learn new skills and concepts.
  • Willing to take ownership of areas of responsibility.
  • The individual must be a team player who is able to work well with team members and outside contacts.
  • Willing to go the extra mile to ensure projects are completed on time.
  • Must demonstrate ability to work with the highest degree of accuracy.
