Overview The Manager, Brand Reputation will bring proven experience and expertise to the role. This role will manage public relations, community relations initiatives, as well as online community management. This role requires a dynamic individual who has high attention to detail and is passionate about building meaningful connections with the community. This individual will manage projects, budgets, and collaborate with external vendors and community groups. The candidate will manage point-in-time public relations campaigns and projects under the guidance of the director of performance marketing and strategy. Additionally, the candidate will oversee online reputation management and measure community metrics to gauge program effectiveness, provide feedback to teams to optimize programs in real time, and prepare reports. You must understand the nuance of communications, be analytical and get energized by achieving results. This role manages the community management specialist.
