Title: Salesforce Tech Lead
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months
Job description:
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development with PD1 and PD2 certs.
  • Experience in Sales, Service and Experience cloud with hands-on development.
  • Experience in Visual Force Pages, Apex Classes, SQL, Triggers, Lightning, LWC.
  • Experience in third-party integrations.
  • Experience in data migration using Import wizard, Apex Data Loader, SFDC Administration, Flow Management and Configurations.
  • Experience in Deployment via Workbench, Git (GitLab and GitHub), Jenkins, Gearset and Change set.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Solution Architects and Business Analysts to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Engage in project planning, defining scope, timelines, and resources.
  • Lead Salesforce solution design, including data models, workflows, and custom code.
  • Provide technical leadership to Salesforce developers, ensuring best practices.
  • Mentor developers, promote knowledge sharing, and conduct code reviews. Collaborate with business and project leaders to align development with project goals.
