• We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Cybersecurity Engineer to join our specialized team focused on the implementation and onboarding of a new SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) platform. This role is pivotal in ensuring a robust stand-up of the platform and seamless application onboarding, aligned with enterprise-level security standards.

• Lead the implementation and onboarding of applications onto the SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) platform.
• Design and implement scalable solutions for Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define implementation strategies, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop and execute testing plans to ensure system integrity post-implementation.
• Optimize workflows and configurations to enhance user provisioning and access management.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering skill development.
• Document technical processes, runbooks, and best practices.
• Ensure integration with Active Directory/Entra ID, including the creation and management of groups and roles.

• Five-Ten years of experience in Cybersecurity Engineering, with a focus on Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
• Proven expertise with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and its ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale enterprise IAM platform implementations.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, PowerShell).
• Strong understanding of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and compliance standards.
• Experience using Active Directory/Entra ID management for creating and managing groups and roles
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex projects.

• SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Professional.
• Familiarity with additional IAM tools and systems.
• Experience with Agile/DevOps methodologies.
