Job Summary:

Key Duties & Impact:
- Design and architect scalable software solutions using microservices architecture
- Lead the development of secure, compliant applications supporting critical government operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions
- Drive innovation in front-end development using Angular and modern web technologies
- Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery
- Contribute to system architecture decisions and technical documentation
- Mentor junior developers and share technical expertise

- Primary: C#, .NET Core, Angular, Python

Your Experience and Capabilities:
- You've developed expertise in full-stack development, with a focus on C# and .NET technologies
- You're comfortable with cloud platforms and container-based solutions
- You bring strong problem-solving skills and experience with debugging complex systems
- You have experience with or interest in front-end development and UI/UX best practices
- You understand secure coding practices and compliance requirements
- You thrive in Agile environments and enjoy collaborative problem-solving
- You hold or are eligible for a Top Secret clearance
Within 1 Month, You Will: - Complete our comprehensive onboarding program
- Gain familiarity with our tech stack and development processes
- Begin contributing to existing projects under mentorship
- Obtain necessary system access and security credentials
Within 3 Months, You Will: - Independently develop and deploy new features
- Contribute to architectural discussions and technical planning
- Demonstrate proficiency with our CI/CD pipeline
- Build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders
Within 6 Months, You Will: - Lead development efforts on key projects
- Propose and implement technical improvements
- Mentor junior team members
- Contribute to technical documentation and best practices
