Job Overview:
The Data Integrity Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all patient information within our technology systems is accurate, complete and consistent. The Data Integrity Coordinator ensures that medical record documentation is compliant with current policies, CMS, DNV, the Department of Health, and Medical Staff Bylaws, Rules and Regulations.
Qualifications:
Associate's Degree required.
3-5 years of work experience required.
Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) or Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) by the American Health Information Management Association.
(Note: RHIA requires Bachelor's Degree. Must be able to obtain RHIT or RHIA within one year)
