Job Summary: ORDER VERIFICATION CHECKING MED ORDERS BASIC CLINICAL DUTIES INCLUDING KINETICS, RENAL DOSING, IV TO PO, TECHNICIAN OVERSIGHT AND OTHER FORMULARY CONVERSIONS.
