After recently raising $225M in series A funding, we are growing our team.The RoleWe are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with excellent knowledge of linux systems and significant experience building new automation for infrastructure and testing. You will be joining a small, talented team of systems experts to extend the testing and automation for a high-performance next-generation blockchain.Our team is headquartered in NoMad, Manhattan, NYC. This is for a hybrid (3 days/week in office) role. If you are remote, the preference is in Europe.Requirements 5 years of experience in the DevOps/SRE/Linux Engineering spaceExperience in setting up a devops environment and CI/CD platform (GitHub Actions or Jenkins) from scratchHands-on experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, Puppet)Proficiency in at least one back-end development language such as Python, Go, or C++Proficiency with command-line gitExperience writing scripts for deploying and maintaining infrastructure (Linux installations, clusters, and networks)Experience evaluating and improving observability and security practicesExperience with network setup and maintenanceExperience with virtualization technologies like Docker, Qemu, etcAbility to write scripts and help with testing and automationExperience working at an early-stage startupExperience running blockchain nodesWhat you’ll be doing Building, testing, and deploying code across multiple cloud and hosted environmentsInstalling, maintaining, and troubleshooting Linux (Fedora/Ubuntu) installationsBuilding and maintaining test networksMaintaining and improving our network infrastructureContributing to observability standards and securityParticipating in on-call rotation for production supportWhy work with us Challenging problems.
