Overview
AIDS Healthcare Foundation seeks a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Pharmacist to join our team.
This role will involve working with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to provide individualized health promotion and disease prevention services, including vaccine administration, diabetes monitoring, nicotine reduction programs, and other subject matter expertise.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about improving patient outcomes, enhancing current services, and expanding opportunities for professional growth and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized health promotion and disease prevention services
- Administer immunizations, conduct diabetes monitoring, and implement nicotine reduction programs
- Develop and implement subject matter expertise programs
- Pursue prescriptive authority for PrEP and PEP therapies as authorized by law and AHF policy
Licenses and Certifications:
State Pharmacist License
