In this role, you will leverage your expertise in residential and commercial systems to troubleshoot, diagnose, and provide high-quality solutions for our clients. - Forced Air/Split Systems
- Controls and Rooftop Units
- Chillers and Hydronic (Boiler) Systems
- Condensing and Cast Iron Boilers
- Tankless Water Heaters
- Refrigeration and Snow Melt Systems
- Generators
- Other specialized, high-end devices and systems
Key Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems with precision and efficiency.
- Deliver exceptional technical support and maintain the company's reputation for excellence.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure understanding of system usage and maintenance.
- Provide on-call and emergency support when needed.
- Collaborate with the team to contribute to Paragon's success and growth.
Qualifications: - Experience: 3+ years experience in Residential HVAC, with some Commercial HVAC experience preferred.
- License/Certification: Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
- Must have a Universal EPA Certification.
- Proven ability to work on a variety of HVAC systems, including advanced and high-end devices.
- Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair skills.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service and technical support.
- Clean record and ability to pass a drug test.
