The Opportunity:
Our Client's Global Insurance Department seeks an associate with at least three years of significant insurance coverage experience to join the Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have been involved in analyzing and litigating first- and third-party coverage claims. Experience with drafting coverage opinions/position statements, taking depositions, attending court conferences, and drafting and arguing motions, is preferred but not essential. Strong research and writing skills and excellent academic credentials are essential. Texas Bar required.
