Job Description A global consumer-brands company that has grown over 3,000% in the last 2 years seeks a Market Manager to do the following covering the Phoenix area:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Work with Marketing to implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital print, and social media.
- Meets or exceeds assigned sales goals.
- Develops critical success factors for new customer acquisition; responsible for negotiating and closing business to ensure targets are achieved.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Develops and maintains a network in the community to enhance product visibility and to build a strong referral source for new potential business.
- Actively pursues business through outside sales calls and networking activities.
- Responsible for identifying new business opportunities to improve the company's profitability.
- Manages client relationships to maximize retention and grow the business according to the company's goals and objectives.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, management, or a similar field preferred.
In Phoenix office at least one day per week
3+ years of marketing management or related experience in the spirits industry.
On and off premise experience required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with CRM systems, and project management tools.
