Polished Restaurant Sous Chef Experience Requirements:
- Moderate volume 3+ million net sales scratch preparation
- Solid tenure with a desire to grow
- Culinary knowledge with scratch food experience only
- Italian and Seafood experience is a plus
Polished Assistant General Manager Compensation: - 80-85K base with bonus program 10%
