A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN
In this rewarding role, your day starts by dispatching from home to various job sites around our community. You expertly diagnose heating and cooling issues, provide estimates, sell projects, create invoices, and collect customer payments. You interact with customers, maintain a professional attitude, and offer solutions tailored to their needs. Additionally, you attend weekly meetings, communicate with management, and uphold our company's high standards. Each day brings new challenges and opportunities to ensure our clients' comfort and satisfaction!
QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid California driver's license with a good driving record
• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Ability to diagnose and repair residential air conditioning and heating systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional and well-groomed appearance
• Team player who works well with others

Preferred Qualifications:

• Light commercial service experience

WORK SCHEDULE
This position works a steady Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM schedule.
