WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to analyze complex business problems and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to decision-makers. In this role you will:
- Analyze trends and patterns in large, complex datasets to uncover influences and opportunities
- Construct forecasts, strategic and tactical recommendations based on business data and market knowledge
- Create specifications for reports and analyses based on business needs and available data
- Lead cross-functional teams to address critical business issues using data
- Produce datasets and visualizations using SQL, reporting tools, and data mining techniques
- Accomplish key analytics goals across functions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop sustainable data solutions
- Translate complex systems into understandable language
- Validate KPIs and build queries to measure performance
- Identify causes of data issues and improve data quality
- Automate processes through efficient workflows
- Design innovative solutions to support decisions
- Follow best practices in analysis, reporting and documentation
WHAT YOU BRING Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ years of relevant data analytics experience
- Expertise as a business/process leader or industry expert
