The representative will play a critical role in driving business growth. The ideal candidate is a service-oriented outside sales expert that can prospect, present, and close deals efficiently. Responsibilities
•Prospecting through canvassing, networking, and referrals.
•Conducting home and roof inspections.
•Guiding homeowners through the insurance claims process.
•Managing projects from start to finish, coordinating with subcontractors and clients.
•Closing contracts and collecting payments, ensuring accurate invoicing for change orders and supplements.
•Facilitate an Exceptional Client Experience to get 5-Star reviews, testimonials, and referrals.
Qualifications
•Deadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team alike
•Some industry or product knowledge preferred and a High school diploma is required
•Prefer a minimum of 2+ years in outside sales experience
•A consistent top performer in sales
•Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
