Chesapeake Home Services, LLC., has an immediate opening for an experienced HVAC Service Technician.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Servicing HVAC Systems in existing homes.
• Performing work on Residential Homes, Custom Homes, Multi-Family Dwellings
• Will gain and continue knowledge to understand the layout of ductwork systems and Equipment.
• Self-motivated and Self-Starter.
• Works well under direction of supervisor.
• Able to perform the work him or herself.

The right individual will be an experienced HVAC service technician with the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations with strong written and verbal communication. They will be able to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities, with proven ability to work independently. They would excel in a very fast paced environment and be able to work under pressure. Must be adaptable to various competing demands and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service. Must be willing and able to work in a variety of extreme weather conditions. Able to work well in an environment of constant changes, and have a "no excuses, make it happen" attitude.

Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in HVAC System Service (Required)
• EPA Certified (Preferred)
• Able to work in a variety of extreme weather conditions
• Must have hand tools and reliable transportation (required)
• Experience with using tablets and cellphones
• Experience using scheduling tools (required )
• Experience using ServiceTitan (preferred )
• Must have a clean 3-year driving record
• Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
• Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving.
• Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also perform independently.
• Ability to work safely in confined spaces such as attics, basements, closets, and crawl spaces.
• Ability to work safely at elevated heights such as rooftops, ceilings, and ladders.
• Ability to bend, crawl, stoop, stretch, and reach.
• Ability to walk on uneven surfaces.
• Ability to work off of a ladder, sometimes at heights.
• Ability to safely lift 40 pounds.

Salary Description
$35 - $40 / HR
