Clinical Manager / Unit Manager (RN) - Skilled Nursing and Long Term Care
We are seeking a Clinical Manager / Unit Manager for a very reputable Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living community located just North of Boston.
This position reports to the Director of Nursing. The Clinical Manager is responsible for ensuring outstanding care delivery for the residents and is responsible for the leadership, direction, supervision, evaluation, and hiring of the nursing staff assigned to the applicable unit. The Clinical Manager works closely with the resident, family, and care team to ensure that the resident receives the highest level of care at all times.
Other Qualifications and Abilities:

• Clinical supervisory experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long Term Care setting required
• Ability to recruit, interview, hire, orient and supervise all nursing staff
• A decisive leader with strong interpersonal skills
• Provides guidance for the Clinical Care Team to ensure that established goals for each resident is met, and the proper documentation is completed
• Participate in the facility's budgeting process
• An advocate, mentor who treats people with respect and uses supportive encouragement to lead the nursing team

Must Haves:

• Minimum 2 years nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity
• Prior Skilled Nursing or Long Term Care experience desired
• Currently licensed as a RN in MA
