About the Position:
We are seeking a Systems Administrator to manage and optimize our Yardi software platform and related systems. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring efficient operations, troubleshooting issues, and training staff while maintaining vendor relations and supporting various departments. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential to grow into a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:

• Add and remove user access within Yardi software.
• Grant permission rights and create dynamic lists in Yardi.
• Update rents and add necessary amenities for assets.
• Troubleshoot Yardi inquiries before escalating tickets.
• Train employees on the Yardi platform, including operational policies and procedures.
• Maintain vendor relations for Yardi products such as Rent Cafe CRM, Asset IQ, Market IQ, Elevate, and Voyager Live.
• Integrate third-party companies into the Yardi program.
• Assist the accounting department with tasks such as coordinating GL codes, correcting errors, processing payments, monitoring transaction history, and ledger corrections.
• Conduct onboarding for new properties and offboarding for sold assets in Yardi software.
• Support the commercial team with Yardi-related inquiries and training.
• Collaborate with IT to provide assistance as needed.
• Create document manager letters within Yardi.
• Assist maintenance staff with mobile work order setup.
• Complete additional tasks assigned by supervisors or upper management.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of the Yardi platform, including Voyager Live and associated modules.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in systems administration or related field.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in training and supporting staff on technical platforms.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player mentality and ability to collaborate across departments.
