Purpose: Plant Sanitation The purpose of this position is to help the plant be more efficient by conducting cleaning of equipment, taking out waste, and keeping the floors clean to create a sanitary and safe environment.
Attributes: - Organization & Time Management
Responsibilities: - Take out garbage and empty pallets
- Clean and sanitize various pieces of equipment in the plant
- Working with a team to ensure our facility is clean
- Assist operators on startups and shutdowns with removal of waste in barrels and cleaning around equipment
- Operate Forklift and Floor Scrubber to assist in cleanup of production floor
- Bail bags, boxes, and totes
- Additional cleaning/janitorial tasks as needs arise
Job Requirements - Willing and able to stand for long periods of time
- Be willing and able to be forklift certified
- Able to lift 65lbs
- Able to bend, Stoop and reach
Hours: Monday - Friday
2nd Shift 2pm - 10:30pm
Must be willing to train during day shift for up to 3 weeks
Compensation: $18.50 per hour
