Position Summary: Level Two: Working with minimal supervision, Level two NDT tech is able to setup and execute full NDT inspection processes, which includes equipment checks and basic maintenance and performing full NDT inspection tasks. Level two NDT Tech will be certified internally and externally, and will demonstrate the ability to identify non-conforming product and begin the NCR process (Non-Conforming Report).
Primary Duties & Responsibilities: - Work safely under functional safety guidelines such as PPE and equipment interaction.
- Perform full Non-Destructive Testing on product
Required Skills: - The ability to read and write English.
- An introductory competence in shop math such as working with fractions and decimals.
- NDT certification
- Familiarity with NCR processes and procedures.
Required Experience: - Typically, 2-5 Years of Experience
Level of Education: - GED or High School diploma preferred but not required.
