Pay: $19.99/hr
Shift: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (may vary as needed), Split Shift
Responsibilities:

• Oversee the QA team, ensuring compliance and a safe work environment.
• Support the analytical lab and conduct training for QA/QC technicians.
• Perform audits and review production records for regulatory compliance.
• Approve product releases and manage non-conforming products.
• Lead Critical Control Point (CCP) reviews and ensure food safety.
• Guide the team to meet quality standards and drive improvement initiatives.
• Implement corrective actions (CAPA) for quality issues.
• Prepare reports, support Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and track KPIs.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in quality assurance/control in the food industry (preferred).
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Basic math skills and effective communication in English.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 40 lbs, and work in varying conditions (temperature, odors).
• Frequent walking, use of hands, and ability to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
