**CNC Operator**

**PAY:**

$20 - $23hr DOE

+ $1.50 shift differential

**LOCATION:**

Golden, CO

**SHIFT:**

2nd shift - 3:30 PM - 11:00 PM

**TRAINING SCHEDULE:**

7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

**QUALIFICATIONS:**

+ +1 year of experience operating a CNC Mill or Lathe (WILLING TO TRAIN AND OPEN TO TRADE SCHOOL GRADUATES)

+ Familiarity with minor edits, adjustments, deburring, load/feed material, changing tooling, etc

+ Ability to read blueprints

+ Experience holding tight tolerances

+ Comfortable working with metal

**JOB DESCRIPTION:**

+ Operate and learn how to set up the CNC mills

+ Operate other machines as needed; manual mill, presses, etc

+ Change tooling, deburr parts, first inspections of the product, and make any adjustments as needed

+ Use various steels to make the production parts

+ Hold tight tolerances

+ Read shop specific blueprints
