Job Description Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive outreach programs to engage local communities
- Coordinate with diverse community groups and stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns
- Manage and nurture partnerships with community organizations, businesses, and government agencies
- Increase awareness of Govuni's services through various marketing and communication channels
- Plan, organize, and execute community events, workshops, and educational programs
- Create and maintain relationships with key community leaders and influencers
- Develop and manage budgets for outreach initiatives and community projects
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of outreach programs, adjusting strategies as needed
- Prepare detailed reports on outreach activities, outcomes, and community impact
- Represent Govuni at community meetings, local events, and public forums
- Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach efforts with organizational goals and objectives
- Identify and pursue new opportunities for community engagement and service expansion
- Train, supervise, and mentor outreach staff and volunteers to ensure high-quality program delivery
Qualifications Qualifications: 3-5 years in community engagement, ideally with nonprofit or public advocacy experience.
